GT7C5系列卧式杀菌锅系饱和蒸汽、过热水杀菌设备。是我厂沿袭国内外同类设备所生产的普通型、静置、间歇式卧式杀菌锅，采用先进的快开门机构，操作轻巧灵活，安全可靠。可配置由河南省技术监督局批准的QDLS－A开门安全连锁装置，确保使用安全。可装置自动记录仪，装置有压缩空气管，以压缩空气作反压，有效的保证不发生破袋、涨罐，保证杀菌物的固有风味。
适用范围：
根据产品差异选择蒸汽杀菌或水浴式杀菌方式，适用于袋装食品、罐装食品、肉制品、饮料、豆奶、杏仁露、花生奶、椰子奶、芦笋、蘑菇、火腿肠、蛋品、豆干、休闲食品等食品的杀菌工作。
